Guys, this is amazing.
Raw tropical ice cream:
1 ripe avocado
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
A little less than 1/4 cup raw agave
1 cup almond milk
1.5 cups of ice
BLEND AWAY.
Red Pepper Sprout Salad Dressing/dip:
(I don’t really ever measure anything, so this is my best guess)
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup sprouted mung beans
1/4 cup sprouted lentils
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 of a red pepper
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp water
(You could add 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt to taste too if you’d like)
Blend until smooth!
Blend 1 cup soymilk, 1 banana, 2 cups loosely packed chopped kale, and 1/4 cup ice cubes until smooth.
you can honestly ask any of my friends and they will tell you that i eat an unprecedented amount of ice cream (my favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip) so this is great way to cut back on
somea LOT of those calories
Here’s what you’ll need:
- All natural, low fat vanilla yogurt
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Waffle ice cream cones
This is what you do:
- Wash, and slice strawberries
- Wash blueberries
- In waffle cone, add a spoon full of vanilla yogurt, then fruit, another spoonful of yogurt, and top it off with fruit. I wouldn’t recommend doing more then 2 layers. It gets kinda messy if you do… trust me ;)
- Put cones in the freezer, just until they’re chilled..right before they start to freeze (about an hour) **or you could just eat em’ up, and skip the freezer :)
Here’s What I’m Thinking:
- Calories: About 110 for one cone
other fun things to add: dark choc chips, almonds, raspberries, white choc chips, endless possibilities! (have fun with it)
